Cancellation Policy

The deposit (usually circa 20% of the holiday) is non-refundable. If you cancel 14 -21 days before departure- I will refund 50% of total cost. If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival - you will be charged 100% of total cost.

In the unlikely event that Brigitte Yoga has to cancel your holiday we will refund your payment with the exception of  flights, insurance and any other travelling costs. Notification of cancellation can be given upto 21 days before the start of the holiday.

The alteration of some amenities might take place due to maintenance work, mechanical faults, weather conditions, sickness or other situations outside of my control.

It is your responsibility to confirm your flight times with your airline before your outward and return journey and to e mail me the details of your flights for transfer purposes.

It is your responsiblity to ensure that you are in possession of private Travel Insurance with protection for the full duration of the holiday in respect of medical expenses, injury, death, repatriation, cancellation and curtailment, with adequate cover.

Please check with you GP for any innoculations required for the country  you are visiting.

I cannot accept any liability for:
• Cancellations, delays or changes caused by events beyond my control.
• Participants' medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the holiday.
• Loss of, or damage to, personal property of participants.

If you have any complaints about the venue during the holiday please make them to myself  and I will always do my best to help resolve any justifiable complaints.

Payment options

Please take some time to read the following details. A deposit must be payed before the holiday to reserve your room. Full payment is required 6 weeks before departure. For bookings made after this time immediate payment in full is required. There are 2 ways to pay:

1. Bank transfer - contact me by e mail and I will send you my bank account details.

2. By cheque made payable to Brigitte A Rooney, please e mail me for my postal address.
